When you purchase from Petra Toys, Inc. order or register, we only collect the information that you provide us: data we need to complete your order or request

When you order from our online shop, your name becomes part of our customer database. We DO NOT share our mailing lists or email addresses with other companies.

When you subscribe to our database your name is automatically added to our marketing email distribution list to receive information on hot products, specials and online promotions. You can also unsubscribe from these promotional emails at any time.

We only collect the name(s) and postal delivery information necessary fulfill your requests to ship to alternate addresses. We never share this information(s).

"Send this page to a friend" option allows you to share information about our website you think may be interesting to another individual. We do not retain your friend's name or email address, share their information with other companies.

When you send us an email using our Contact Us or feature or other way your information is only kept until that area has satisfactorily replied to your inquiry. Your name and email address from that correspondence are not retained for any future marketing initiatives or contact.

Returns

Petra Toys, Inc. has offered a customer satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 10 days of recept.

The item(s) must be in the original carton and in new condition. Please contact us for a return authorization before returning your package.

VISA, MC and AMEX accepted for payments, DISCOVER not accepted.

Claims must be reported within 10 days of receipt of shipment.

All backorders shipped unless cancelled by customer.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping and handling charge $5.99 (within the U.S. only). Orders shipped outside the U.S., PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and selected items are subject to different freight charges.

Orders can not be returned or exchanged unless the actual freight charge is paid
